Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Once payment is completed, the order is treated as final and processing begins using the details submitted at checkout. Please review product, quantity, fragrance or variant, delivery address and all other details carefully before payment.
We may hold or decline an order if payment cannot be verified, there is a stock or pricing error, suspected misuse, or another fulfilment issue prevents processing.
Our Sand Candles, Jar Candles, Pillar Candles and related wax or fragrance products are handmade or hand-finished. Small variations in colour, texture, fragrance intensity, shape, surface and finish are natural and make every piece unique; these are not considered defects.
Product colours and appearance may also vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
We currently deliver to selected locations in Maharashtra, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka and Kerala. Orders are generally delivered within 6β8 business days after successful order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, courier operations, holidays, weather or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery details. Re-shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete information or recipient unavailability.
Customized candles, gifting, corporate and bulk orders may require additional specifications, confirmation and payment. Once payment is completed and production or preparation begins, customer-requested changes to design, fragrance, colour, quantity or other specifications may not be accepted.
Because these products are handcrafted, reasonable handmade variations may occur in the finished order.
All orders are final after successful payment. We do not offer customer-initiated cancellation, return, exchange, refund or replacement once an order is confirmed, except where required under applicable law.
Please check your complete order details carefully before making payment.
Always follow the safety instructions supplied with the product. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep candles away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials. To the extent permitted by law, Samaksh Candles is not responsible for loss, injury or damage caused by misuse, alteration, improper storage or failure to follow safety instructions.
Our brand name, logo, photographs, product designs, text and website content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Website information, pricing, availability and these Terms may be updated from time to time.
