2. No Refunds
Once payment is successfully completed and your order is confirmed, the sale is final. Refunds are not provided after order confirmation, except where required by applicable law or where Samaksh Candles itself must cancel an order before fulfilment.
3. No Exchanges or Replacements
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for personal preference, fragrance intensity, handmade variation, minor finish differences, misuse, improper storage or failure to follow candle-care instructions.
4. Handmade Product Nature
Small variations in colour, texture, shape, finish, fragrance intensity and burn characteristics are natural in handcrafted candles and are not defects. Sand candles may also shift or settle slightly during handling because of their granular nature.
5. Packaging & Delivery Care
Every order is packed using protective packaging and handled with care. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, receiving the parcel safely, and for proper handling, storage and use after successful delivery, subject to applicable law.
6. Please Check Before Ordering
Please review product details, size, fragrance, colour, quantity, delivery address and delivery eligibility before making payment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
